I have to say, I was surprisingly disappointed after reading Jennifer Rothschild’s devotional, “This Morning With God”.
Although I’ve never read any of her books before, I’d watched a DVD of her giving her testimony and so was looking forward to reading this. However, it did not meet up to my expectations.
Not to say that it was a complete waste of time, but I certainly wouldn’t read it again or recommend it as a good devotional. Honestly, I could’ve written something equivalent to it. There were some good points made in a few chapters, but overall it wasn’t inspiring; certainly not something to boost my day each morning.
I received a free copy of this book from Harvest House Publishers in exchange for an honest review. They got it.
